At Burju Shoes, we want you to dance with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn footwear in its original packaging. Please ensure soles are unmarked and all protective films are intact to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes back in their original Burju branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
